We are committed to sustainability and farm on organic principles, in tune with nature. As part of the Landcare Stewardship programme, we have protected our remnant vegetation and are progressively planting more indigenous trees, shrubs and groundcovers. We have already planted in excess of 2000 plants.

We are establishing shelter belts of trees and shrubs, not only as shelter for the animals but as part of our bio-security programme.

In addition to our natural shelter from the elements, we have built a number of three-sided shelters as further protection. In all we have ten shelters on our 46 acres.
